Curiosidades à parte, o BCE de hoje não tem nada a ver com o BCE de ontem. Os Estatutos, tantas vezes invocados para não agir, são os mesmos, mas o Governador não. E isso faz muita diferença. Lição para juristas escrevinhadores de leis (nos quais me incluo): as pessoas, no fim, depende sempre das pessoas. As pessoas certas endireitarão as regras tortas e as pessoas erradas entortarão as regras certas.
